These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Apple Core Tattoo website and your communications with Sternin LLC, doing business as Apple Core Tattoo (“Apple Core Tattoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Website content is provided for general information and consultation purposes. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee acceptance of a tattoo project, availability, pricing, a particular design, or an appointment.

Consultations and Appointments

Tattoo concepts, pricing, deposits, scheduling, preparation, identification requirements, eligibility, and studio policies may be discussed separately before an appointment is confirmed. An appointment is not final until Apple Core Tattoo expressly confirms it and any required deposit or other condition has been satisfied.

Reference Images and Submitted Content

You represent that you have the right to share any reference images or information you send to us. Reference material may be used to understand your preferences, but Apple Core Tattoo may create an original interpretation rather than reproducing another artist’s work.

SMS Messaging Terms

By checking the optional SMS consent box on our consultation form or otherwise providing valid consent, you agree to receive text messages from Apple Core Tattoo at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier filtering.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
